The procedure entry point ddentry could not be located in the dynamic link library ddraw.dll?

HELP!!! Whenever I turn on my computer it keeps giving me an error message that says "QPService - Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry point ddentry could not be located in the dynamic link library ddraw.dll." I don't know how to fix this problem =(
