The procedure entry point I_RpcExcep could not be located in the dynamic library RPCRT4.dll, wtf?

When I try to run yahoo messenger I get this error message:

"The procedure entry point I_RpcExcep could not be located in the dynamic library RPCRT4.dll"

The messenger still runs and seems like it's working, but the error message is annoying as all hell, and yes I have tried downloading and reinstalling RPCRT4.dll, no effect.

Any ideas?
