I rephrase my question, my sims2 installer doesn't need its cd code but a password for it's installer. The Installer indicates that it was password protected, if you guys could spare me some password for the "protected" installer, it is much appreciated, thanks.

Are you a kid using a computer at school or one that your parents have put a password on so you can't install programs without their permission? If it's a school computer they're not going to let you install the game. If it's a home computer talk to your parents.

There is no password for the installer - just the code to unlock the installation of the game. If you are having a problem like this, it's likely your computer account isn't set up as an administrator account and you can't install a new programme without permission. It's not a game problem, in other words.
