The tab Open norton internet security doesn’t appear at the toolbar of the desk top when i turn on my p.c.?

this tab is called Open Norton Internet Security .By clicking this tab one can activate certain tasks such as norton quick scan or auto protect disactivation.Since this tab doesn;t appear i cant perform these tasks.

Everytime i open internet explorer,my norton auto-protect is turned off,the problem is i can not turn it on?

i go to norton page and turn on the auto-protect because it is turned off...but it goes...

You should be able to acces the program from The Start menu, then Norton, then open the Utility window
