Ok, I have a toshiba laptop. Last night I was using itunes, firefox and aim like I always do. All of a sudden it seemed as if the computer froze. I pressed control alt delete so i could click the task manager and end the programs. When I did this nothing came up for about 2 minutes. My screen just turned blue. I tried to press control alt delete again but nothing happened, so I held down the power button and shut it off. I closed my computer and kept it off until the morning. When I woke up the next morning, it was on, but the screen was black. Nothing was working again, so I turned it off again and back on. It sounds like it’s working (fan and inside) but the screen stays black, nothing happens. What should I do!? I’m in my second year of college and I got my toshiba the summer before my first year, so it’s not really old at all. please helppppp i NEED my computer

It could have crashed, but I am no computer geek. Take it to geeksquad.

take out the battery and put it back in. make sure you are conneted to ac power. then connect a external monitor to it. if you see the scree on the external then your lcd is broken.
if your computer crashed boot up with windows xp cd and run a repair install.
do you see the bios on the laptop?
dont take it to geek squad pure rip off.
