Was wondering if anyone knew where I could downloa a program to reboot computer. I DO not have the disk that came with this computer because I bought this from a friend who apparently lost the disk. Dont know if walmart would have one lmao! But if anyone could provide me with this information I would appreciate it. thanks. A guy told me to use the recovery disk utility but I have no idea what that is or where its located on the laptop.

You have three choices but one might be luck
1, Your computer may already have a recovery partion built in which means that you can do it within the computer without using any discs. For that go to start menu and click computers and look for something called System recovery.
2, GO to the TOshiba laptop website they will send you your disc for free but the cost of shiiping will depend where you live.
3, Buy a new opereating system which will cost you about $200-500
or buy linux for free
In order for you to check if you have a recovery partion built into your computer go to toshibas website they probably have someone to chat to, talk to them and they will ask for the product number and the serial number which can be found on the back of the laptop if not then go to the start menu and type in system information. They will help you from then on
