my trend micro 08 is still running but it will not let me update my software it says that i have the newest software update and that my last update was about 15 days ago even though i just updated 10 minuets ago

software update is usually the program and usually updated once or twice a year . Virus and spyware base are different . If the case is virus definitions then you may need to uninstall and reinstall trendmicro . also make sure updates are turned on and are you using trends firewall or do you have another firewall that may be blocking it.
