okay, the pc im on came with norton anti virus, (just a 3 month trial) and i havnt been able to re-up my subscription (its been almost a year now so ive been unprotected for a while) and it seems to me my pc is taking a punishment for it, its running WAY more processes than it used to and so on and so forth. anyhow my mom has trend mirco anti-virus on her PC and she had to renew a subscription and it came with 1 year protection for 1-3 users, so i uninstalled the norton from my pc and just installed the trend micro but when i click on the register button it says that there is no internet connection detected. and wont bring up the web page. is my firewall blocking it because its not recognized or can i manually go to a website to register the trend micro? any input is greatly appreciated, thanks!

-I have used AVG Anti Virus, Comodo Pro Firewall, I have recently added superantispyware and Malwarebytes. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. They can all be downloaded from http://malware-virus-spyware-remover-tools.blogspot.com/ Online Armor Free is good and is fairly easy to use.
