Trend Micro AntiVirus + AntiSpyware problem?

ok so my asus laptop came with a 6 month free trail and i have been having major problem.First of all about 2 or 3 weeks ago it has stop updating..it says its updating but it takes forever to download even when it was a 3mb DL…ya….that’s right…lol.Second it doesn’t detect virus’s it says it will.Third and the most frustrating..IT WILL NOT UN-INSTALL FROM MY COMPUTER….yes thas right Trend-micro has taken it upon it self to stamp it self in my computer and wont uninstall i have used the default uninstaller doesn’t work..i have used Ccleaner doesn’t work.

so what i do to get this crap ass virus Scanner out of my computer.

ps: don’t leave comments on how i can fix it i have had to many problem and my friends also i no longer want anything to do with Trend-micro in anyway.i just want it out of my computer…lol
