Trend Micro AntiVirus Question?

Trend Micro AntiVirus Question?
I keep getting this message from Trend Micro saying that a file is infected and needs to be Quarantined. But, every time I search for the file it says that it could not be found. What do I do?

The files are: css4 [1], css4 [2], and css4 [3].

      Those seem 2 B cascading style sheet files that Ur TrenMicro doesn't seem 2 like.
