Trend Micro Blocking SpywareBlaster?

All of the sudden, Trend Micro seems that is is necessary to block SpywareBlaster. I have been using both programs in conjunction for at least a year now. I noticed there is a trusted programs list in the antivirus system, but I can’t add to it. The only thing I can add to is the Firewall trusted programs, which doesn’t help.

Is there maybe a setting that I have to apply that enables me to add to the antivirus core trusted programs list?
