trend micro housecall 6.6, is these program safe to scan your comp?

these is the link given to me by some user in these site.

i need it to scan my comp for viruses, malwares nd irregularities such as my comp is not able to log off anymore nd to switch user, so someone here gives me that link, and im sanning my comp mayve 5hrs ago. can any1 please help me know if these is a fake or phishing website? ASAP
