Trend Micro Internet Security 2009 not updating scan date or current update date?

I have windows xp on my system. Trend Micro Internet Security 2009 has been installed for about 2 mos and was working fine until Feb 28th. Now every time I run a complete/quick scan or update the data files the date NEVER changes. It will go through the process show the scan/update even have you delete unwanted files it finds. However, when going into the sceen to check for the most recent scan & or update, it only registers the one from FEB. 28th.

Can anyone out there help me. Are these scans/updates I'm doing even working?? I have no way to tell when it doesn't show any reports, dates, etc.

I have contacted Trend and as usual it is Hurray up and WAIT!!

I will be very appreciative of any advice that I could get.
