hello friends! i just renewed my trend micro anti-virus 2008 program and it did an automatic upgrade to 2009 version. the only problem is that i am unable to update! i keep getting this error message: "unable to update your protection. Make sure your internet connection works and check your proxy settings and try again." i don’t have any problem with my internet connection it works fine but i can’t figure out how to fix this. could anyone please offer any insight? if you need anymore information i’d be happy to edit! thanks again friend!
