I installed the program yesterday and whenever I scan, it’s done in a few seconds, says no threats found. I tried all the scanning modes and it just finishes in a few seconds. And I DID select partitions for scanning. Thanks in advance!

Download AVG Free or Avira, uninstall Trend Micro, and then install the new software — see if it finds anything that might be blocking Trend.

open tren and click on help and support on the logo, then choose contact support for help

I do not use that one, but, i do use two others scans once a week in case my av missed anything, they are malwarebytes’ antimalware and superantispyware. Both are free.

Check the setting for deep scan, rootkit scans, and so fourth. Trend 2010 is really good.

Yuo must delete EVERY TRACE of another antivirus or security program off your computer. This may require you searching an online database to check each program feature in ADD DELETE PROGAMS under control panel.
