Trend Micro Problem - Help

I already installed “trend micro anti virus plus spyware 2008″ on a computer and then I got a new computer. I tried to install trend micro on this new computer and it said that I cannot activate trend micro because you are only allowed to install it once.

Now every time I turn on my new computer the little trend micro logo in the bottom right of my computer is gray instead of red - after about 10 seconds the gray logo stops moving and my whole computer freezes.

I can still move my cursor but nothing opens up.
I cant do “Ctrl Alt Del” after 10 seconds and cant uninstall trend micro fast enough before the computer freezes.

If I knew what proccess trend micro uses on the task manager i would be able to stop my computer from freezing i think.

Any insight to how I can fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
