Hello I just bought a new computer at best buy and they offered to install security program Trend Micro for me so I allowed them to. But when I got home I found that the only thing they did was just install the program and nothing more.
I am having a really hard time understanding why my Trend Micro is having such a hard time activating. I performed a scan and it completed the most recent update now the only thing it needs is to be activated, and it just doesn't seem to want to. What it does is just spin and say its "in progress". I let it do this for 2 hours last night and it still is not activated.
Thanks for your time and I can't wait to find out whats wrong or what I may be doing wrong.

You have to buy a licence for trend Micro. Better uninstall the program from add/remove program.
