Trend Micro quarantined Trojan ORSA MY.Y any ideas to get rid of?

Malwarebytes and Superantispyware pro did not detect anything. Any ideas.

      open trend console, click on virus and spyware controls, choose quaratine>examine quaratine file, click on delete.

      Well, go to your quarantine, look for that trojan, and permanently remove it. If that doesn’t work, find the details for it. Put it out of quarantine and back to it’s original place. Go to the folder it’s in and file shred it with the first file shredder you can download on http://www.download.com when you search file shredder. That should get rid of it
