Trend micro security pro. Need help fast?

so trend micro security pro is installed on my computer… but it will no longer allow me to open it so i want to uninstall and reinstall it. when i try it goes near the end and then says rolling back. now im stuck. please help

      Start the computer in safe mode, and then uninstall it (or just delete the folder). Or you can use msconfig.exe and kill the program on startup, then restart and then try uninstalling or deleting the folder.

      Try the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit to remove completely and then you can do a fresh install.
