Trend Micro will not let me open internet explorer ?

It is making me really mad. I have to close out of trend micro completely, or it won’t let me use internet explorer at all. How do I change this? I called the customer service line and waited forever while listening to horrible music…..nothing.

I really want to be able to have security on this thing, and be able to use internet explorer.
