The Safe Mode diagnostics mode in Windows is used to stop running processes including malware - and only allows basic start up of Windows for security scans and safe removal.
Boot Into Safe Mode….
Start > Run > type msconfig > OK … Windows diagnostics panel appears > click BOOT.INI tab > SAFE MODE > OK…. do nothing and pc will auto reboot into safe Mode.
Make sure you have latest defintions updates. You can not run programs or access the internet in Safe Mode.
Run scans by secuirity software (antivirus, antispyware). Delete known threats or Quarantine (unsure). Reboot cleaned and safely back to normal mode…..
Start > Run > msconfig > General tab > NORMAL …. auto reboots back to normal without infection (s ).
TRY
a-squared trojan remover (Free Working Version for life and Proactive Premium Version)

a-squared (a-squared) is a complementary product to antivirus software and desktop firewalls on MS Windows computers. Antivirus software specializes in detecting classic viruses. Many available products have weaknesses in detecting other malicious software (Malware) like Trojans, Dialers, Worms and Spyware (Adware). a-squared fills the gap that malware writers exploit. Automatic updates: In a-squared Free the updater must be run manually. The auto-update feature of a-squared Personal checks hourly for new available updates and installs them automatically. a-squared Free is freeware!

the ".dll" files are in the windows system32 - Dynamic Links Library - which is sort of all the shortcuts for programs and Windows and how and when they open and do what when and where. Apparently this file is part of a malware toolbar as an BHO (Browser Help Object) which is an Active X in the Windows Registry usually located in Root of the Registry. See browser hijacker also.
