So about a month ago, I got what I think was a Trojan Horse. Whenever I would browse the Internet, it would pop up giving ads for obviously fake anti-virus programs. After scanning several times with my computers default anti-virus, I downloaded AVG and it found the problem in a matter of seconds. The pop-ups stopped and there is no longer being found on a scan, but whenever I start-up my computer two ERRORS come up:
error loading C:\users\jordan~1\AppData\Local\Temp\npeqphbo.dll
The specified module could not be found.
and
error loading C:\users\jordan~1\AppData\Local\Temp\ptyumeir.dll
The specified module could not be found.
So how do I make these disappear? They are no where to be found in the Start-up (msconfig). I've tried defragmenting and doing a "junk-file" scan. Nothing seems to work!
I have run CCleaner and thats what I meant by the "junk file" remover… I just couldnt think of the name and was to lazy to look :P…
Anyway that first answer is just stupid.

Seems like you need to format and reload your os disk
Hope this helps!

It would be beneficial to know the entire path of the errors. From what I can tell, they are both in your Temp folder. Download either ATF Cleaner or CCleaner (or both)and run them to delete all your crap (temporary stuff). I would download CCleaner because it also cleans your registry, which also is another potential answer. After you removed the Trojan, it was still in registry. It's not hurting anything, both the Registry keys are empty. Go ahead and run CCleaner. DO the temporary file cleaner and the Registry cleaner and you should be fine.

Wow, you got very lucky dude. AVG is pure crap. Of course that poor excuse for an anti-virus program did not remove the entire infection. Typical for AVG!
The remaining infection is in your temp files. CCleaner is a good program to clean out temp files:

Then, I strongly suggest that you get yourself a quality anti-virus program, not like AVG….the anti-virus used by n00bs, children and the computer illiterate!
