I've been looking at other peoples similar questions on this, and alot of the free trial sites won't load on my computer, I tried going on them on my moms computer and they load up fine so I don't know if the virus is stopping me from doing this? I have AVG Free Edition and Adaware that's finding the files, but not getting rid of them… I tried restoring my computer to an earlier time and that's not working either… Some of the files it has found are..
-Coolwebsearch
-Trojan horse Generic10.VYB
-Trojan horse downloader.generic7KGC
-editpad.exe
Some of the sites I've tried going to are:
avast.com
superantispyware.com + a few others…

CoolWebSearch is a very tough one to get rid of. It has many variants.
Try the specialised removal tool, CWShredder. Free at:

Good luck.

Well I'm not sure if Spybot - Search & Destroy will delete the viruses but it should get rid of "Coolwebsearch" and probably will delete the trojans anyway!
AVG and other programs might not be able to remove the viruses because they are in use, and a common but logical fault of Windows is that it can't delete programs (viruses) if they are in use!
So try booting in safe mode (tap F8 ALOT when your computer is just starting up and it should bring up the option to boot in safe mode) this only loads up the basic programs to run windows, which should solve the problem of not being able to delete the virus. So just run AVG & Spybot again in same mode (if Spybot can't get rid of it)!
