Trouble installing windows xp?

Iam having some trouble installing windows xp, the setup runs normally at first but when reaching the "Welcome to setup" screen and press enter to start the installation process the system restatrt and starts all over again…
I would really appriciate any help…

      This happened to me once-do you have a wireless or USB keyboard or mouse? Just barrow a keyboard with a cable to install your OS.
      He can't recognise the USB or wireless until he is finished with the set up.
      Hope this will help you.

      You need to install using windows p bootable cd it good and fast process.
