1) I currently have two monitors with my PC. Is there a way to get certain applications/programs to only run on a chosen monitor? For example, I want to play Starcraft on the smaller of the two monitors since the game doesn't utilize higher resolutions. How could I go about doing this? Detailed descriptions would be helpful, as I have already tried the basics approaches; control panel, nvidia menu, etc.
2) Also, is there a way to get the windows start menu to run along the bottom of both monitors instead of just my primary?
3) Any good 3rd party software you know about to help with this?
Thanks everyone!
The programs I have having trouble with are full screen applications like Starcraft, or other similar games….
I do not have trouble moving around iTunes or Powerpoint etc.

well, I have double monitors, and on mine I don't have any problems like that. I always keep certain folders and programs on my smaller monitor, so when I shut down and open up those same applications, they automatically open in the monitor where they were when I shut down.
Try this…take your game window, move it to the smaller monitor and maximize your screen. Then close it. Then open
it back up, it should go right back where it was previously.
If it doesn't repost your response and I'll advise some more.
OK, if you haven't tried this, it might work…
right click on your desktop, to display properties. Go to settings and you should see the 2 boxes labeled 1 & 2. Make your smaller monitor your primary and open your game. It SHOULD open in your smaller one (default). Now with your game still open, go back into your settings tab and make your larger one your primary again. Your game should stay where it was. After you do this (if it works) it should stay there until you try to manipulate it again.
If not, sorry I tried to help you…maybe you might have to play with the settings on the actual game if this doesn't work.
Good luck
Oh yeah…no sorry there is no way to make the start menu and task bar stretch over both monitors. It's one or the other.
