Truecrypt Non-System Partition Encryption?

I partitioned my 40 Gig hard drive with one 20 Gb system partition, and a 10 Gig storage area.
I successfully encrypted the entire system drive, and now I want to encrypt the 10GB partition, but it doesn't seem to recognize it.
Can someone walk me how to do it without just "quoting the web site" which is not very useful.
Encrypt with Truecrypt, a Non-System Disk Partition. Entire 40GB drive is already encrypted, just want to encrypt my Partition, drive letter assigned is E:
