I also got the same problem. Got this response from kaspersky Lab support:
“Please try this
Go to Kaspersky icon (right bottom corner) > right click > pause protection > pause
After that try to play the game once again”
It did work. This means you have to disable Kaspersky whenever you want to play. This is obviously not a solution because it leaves your computer vulnerable while you’re playing the game. I hope they can fix this soon.

there is another solution with Kaspersky. Authorize in configuration. You have to find Website involved first

Just use IE.
