Trying to play Maplestory on Vista, but there is NO compatibility tab.?

I've already downloaded Maplestory 3 different times and neither of them have the compatibility tab that I need to have to play it on a Vista.

Some of my other programs have compat. tabs so I was wondering why Maplestory doesn't. It is only missing that one tab.

It's on my laptop and it is a Windows Vista Home Premium, if that helps.
I am an administrator for my computer and the DEP thing is on.

So, I'm pretty stuck. Thank you for your time and your answers. :]

And, if some of you think I'm wasting my time because Maplestory is a horrible game, then tell me a better game to play that I can play in CHINA on a Vista laptop. &&btw, I do not know how to read chinese, so MSchina will not work.
