Okay, so I quit, but when I uninstalled the games, I uninstalled them all from the Add/Remove Programs folder. When I did this, it didn't delete all the files, and I somehow still have the Sims 2, Celebration Stuff, Nightlife, OFB, and Pets installed.
But when I went to the folders from my Local Disk today and tried to open the uninstaller, they wouldn't open! The Sims 2 isn't even in my Add/Remove Programs folder anymore.
I tried to reinstall the games that weren't on my computer already, and it said that I needed to reinstall Seasons and Pets. Except I can't because 1.) Pets isn't uninstalling because the uninstaller won't run, and 2.) I have lost the code for Pets and I gave Seasons to a friend, who moved away and never gave it back.
So, what I'm asking is this: Is there a way to uninstall all of the Sims 2 programs and delete all of the files on my computer so that I can reinstall everything, without having to download a program or something like that?
Okay, so I downloaded it, but when I searched for the Sims 2, nothing came up.

I know you don't want to download a program, but you can always go to Control Panel and uninstall it after you use it if you want. It will be alot easier than trying to find the Sims 2 manually and will completely get rid of your unwanted games/programs. Look up Free Revo Uninstaller on the web. If you do download it, you can do a search with it for Sims 2 folders. It will take your Sims 2 completely out of your computer and off your registry which is important. Make sure you do an advanced search with it. Then if you don't want it on your computer, just uninstall it. I always keep it because I always use it to uninstall the Sims. It's such a pain to do it manually. Also, don't forget to look in Documents/EA Games/ Sims 2 folder to make sure everything is out and in Programs too. Just to be sure. I hope you try it because it's such an awesome program and extremely helpful for uninstalling the Sims.

This is actually quite common, and happens because the game uninstaller, like many uninstallers, isn't very good. The only foolproof way of getting rid of all the files from your computer is to follow the instructions in this sims2wiki article. It involves going into the Windows registry which can be daunting, but the instructions are very clear and easy to follow and there are pictures as well. It worked for me when I had to use it to uninstall Pets.
