I’m pretty sure just a home user wouldn’t need antivirus because of how many viruses there are for ubuntu and other linux distros, but there’s a scanner that you can download called ClamAV if you have any concerns.

1) Usually No. Unless you are running a mail server or if you are transferring files to windows partitions, you do not need anti virus.
Even if you are transferring files to windows, you can always scan them in windows itself before running them.
2) No.
3) For mail servers, people use Clam AV.
4) OK. lol
You won't get any virus in Ubuntu because you will download all your software from the software repos, these software are built and tested by the community and are also open source so no chance of getting malware.
