My friend recently had this problem with his computer, some anti-virus program stays in the middle of the screen saying he has a virus, but if he closes out the program is just pops back up. He’s tried uninstalling it via control panel, but says ‘access denied’.
He’d described it to me over msn messenger, and not too good with computer so its hard to say what it looks like and all that. but is there a way to disable it or put some kind of end to it?
In his own words this is how he describes it:
“its called ‘ultimate antivirus 2008′. keeps poping up scaning then saying alot of errors, i can’t uninstall it and it pops up very frequently asking me to pay and update the program. ”
