Unable to download McAfee from their website?

I purchased McAfee I follow the steps to download I click on download and it says, unable to connect, try again, cant find server etc. I tried both on Firefox & Internet Explorer to download but I get the same message is it me or is it McAfee's website and what should i do?

      i’m having the same problem and i already paid for the software. i am really pissed off.
