I am having a hard time with this one. Everytime I try to uninstall an application it says that "unable to Uninstall another installation is currently running".. what should I do? I tried and tried to reboot my pc and end the process from the task manager the process: "msiexec.exe" but it automatically returns. When I start up my pc, it is installing a genius color-page slim 1200 scanner. Which I didn’t install. I also tried using Avast!, AVG, Norton, and Avira anti-virus but nothing happens. much help would do! thank you so much in advance.

Go to Safe Mode. Kill the process there if it’s running. Uninstall the file either with its uninstall file or Add/Remove Programs. Remember to do this in Safe Mode. Then reboot again to Normal Mode.

Restart ur pc>click F8 into safe mode>try again.
