one of the problems is you can’t download an anti-malware after you hafve malware… you need to download it on a ‘clean’ computer and install it via jump drive. many viruses now high jack your internet when you try to use anti-malware sites…

I had this same problem for months, the only thing that will get rid of it is "Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware", its free on the internet and is the only malware program that worked for me!
Scroll to the bottom of the source link and there is a link to download it

well without knowing how long ago you did that it’s kind of hard to explain this to you but I’ll try…. Depending on your computer you should have whats called a system restore which can go back in time and undo certain things ie: installing programs that cause damage… now what you do is go to your start menu go to all programs then accessories and then system tools you should see a tab for system restore you’ll then click on restore my computer to a previous point then it will show you a calendar chose a time on the days listed be sure you chose a time that was made before you installed the software e-mail me if you have anymore questions

Restart your computer, press F8 when restarting and enter safe mode, then scan your computer completely.

Look at this video on how to remove virus manually.
http://www.net-studio.org/captivate/security-tool/remove_security_tool.htm
It’s just an example on how to remove a virus (security tool in the example) manually, you can adapt it according to your infection.
The process you have to stop are :
—————————————–
AntivirusPro_2010.exe
yxine.exe
Uninstall.exe
mifiryvele.exe
If you find find one of theme, then stop and delete it.
File you have to delete :
—————————————-
C:\Program Files\AntivirusPro_2010\AntivirusPro_2010.exe
StartUp you have to remove :
—————————————-
Antivirus Pro 2010 in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ MICROSOFT\ WINDOWS\ CURRENTVERSION\ RUN
There are still a lot of file to delete but if you can delete all of this, the virus can no longer start.
Otherwise, there is a patch that do all of this stuff. You can download it on that address http://www.net-studio.org/eng/patch/patch/108-removal-tool-for-antivirus-system-pro.html
Download it
Unrar
Run
Click on the delete button

The problem is with your Registry , you need to get your registry cleaned up, bcz there are some unnecessary files or files remained during uninstallating some software , they create problem in pc, sometimes pc freezes , sometimes antivirus also didn’t work properly, do one thing visit here http://download-registry-cleaners.com and get your registry checked. Then run anti virus in your system and then restart and uninstall that thingi , it will be fine.

This particular malware should be removed as soon as it has been detected.
As with many rogue applications, Antivirus Pro 2010 is designed to coerce money from unsuspecting computer users, and should therefore NOT be trusted!
Instead, I suggest you check out the link below – here you will find information on how to rid your system of this dubious security tool.
