uninstall bigfix for vista windows?

My computer came with bigfix installed on it. But, emachines does not use the program bigfix anymore. So I wanted to know if anyone is having a problem uninstalling bigfix from their computer {vista windows} By the way I have uninstalled it but it is still showing in my tray. So can someone could please give me a little input.
