FFDSHOW = I didn't want it but got it and cannot get rid of it.
There is no uninstall, no directory same name, it's not in start->programs, it's not in the add/remove list.
But it pops up in the toolbar every time I use Windows Media player.
All there is it's a ffdshow.ax file in windows/system32. If I delete it then Windows Media Player it's not working anymore.
Which is the "original" codec system for Windows Media Player 9 (XP) ? What did I use before ffdshow ?
Thanks a lot in advance.
