Uninstall MS SQL Server 2005 Evaluation Edition and Upgrade to Full version?

I have MS SQL Server 2005 Evaluation Edition in my system. It was accessible at port 1521, because my I configured it in the same way in my web application, which accesses two databases 'employee' and 'organization'. (These two DBs have around 200 tables with lot of records)
I have taken the mdf & ldf files of bothe the databases and uninstalled the evaluation edition then installed SQL Server 2005 Full version.
and attached both the databases now I am not able to see any data form my web application, however, I could see the records in all the tables form the MS SQL Server Studio.

I might have done somethinf wrong in this process.
So please let me know if there is a way to uninstall the evaluation ed. with the custom dbs saved and then install the full version.
