Get Malwarebytes from download.com. Update it and run a full scan.
Malwarebytes is a malware/spyware remover!!!!!!!
It will not interfere with your antivirus program!!!!
This is the only way you will get rid of it!!!!!!

Go to:
http://www.superantispyware.com
Run a full system scan. Once it completes, quarantine/delete all the viruses/trojans it detects.
Restart your computer. It should be gone. :]

Like the first poster stated, go get Malwarebytes and run it. It is fully legit and not another fake one. Go download it, update it, and run a scan. It should be able to catch and remove your problem.
You're going to most likely have to download a program to remove it, and Malwarebytes is one of the best.
