I was installing VMware workstation on a machine and it went about 99% of the way, installing come network component, and then the computer froze. I restarted the box and then tried to reinstall VMware but it says that it's already installed and I have to use the add/remove programs to remove it.
Unfortunately there's no VMware in the add/remove programs but it IS showing up everywhere else.
I looked through the registry and there's a ton of entries for VMware.
Is there an easier way to uninstall VMware from this machine? I can find an uninstall.exe for it anywhere and it doesn't exist in the add/remove….
