uninstalling mcafee using revo uninstall?

ok im going to uninstall mcafee but i was wondering that if i uninstall the program using revo uninstaller will i need to use that uninstall file from mcafee to completely to get rid of it

on the mcafee website it says i need to use the add and remove programs (the one that comes with windows) and then i have to use this file i need to download from mcafee website to completely remove it

ive done this approach before,but this time im thinking about using revo
