I want to update to the newest version of Flash. I have WindowsXP. Do I have to uninstall my current version of Flash? I don't know what version of Flash I have, since I cannot see it on my Start Menu to open it. When I look at "Add/Remove" under "Control Panel", it lists "Adobe Flash Player Active X" and "Adobe Plugin". Do I uninstall both?
I have had some difficulty with Norton's Antivirus lately (had to turn off automatic update), but I don't know if it is interfering with the operation of Flash.

Do not delete your original Adobe,
the updates add to that original version.
Norton tends to "see" non-virus downloads as the enemy too. In your task bar, you can Right-click and pause Norton while downloading freindly programs, and make yourself a note to UNpause when download is complete.
OR
Get free AVAST Home Edition
