Updating McAfee 8.0i Enterprise’s scan engine and applying patches?

Is there any site which gives step by step instruction on how to update my scan engine and how to apply patches.
The last patch i downloaded was in zip format and when i extracted there were a few unrecognised files and i didnt know what to do with them…any ideas…i prefer if u mention a site which specializes in guiding McAfee 8.0i Enterprise customers
