OK!! i got this icon down in the toolbar or W/E… it's a sheild and it flashes b/w a blue ? and a red X. and it says i have spyware and it might affect my computer. NOW. is this going to like make my computer CRASH?? how do i get rid of it ASAP. i heard somewhere that it's a scam. but how do i get rid of this whole CRAP. cuz i think it's starting to affect my computer….PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

No, it is just a stupid program made by some bitch tricking dumb people into thinking they have a virus to get them to purchase their antivirus program which is adware. Get adaware and avast and delete it.

it is called Braviax. it is a virus, scam trogan.

also, download a free home edition of a good fire wall at
http://www.zonealarm.com
it will stop things like braviax from going to the internet.
after you download avg or avast, do a boot time schedule scan.that sould clean it up

If you arent using anti spyware then it is susceptable to spyware and addware etc., it wont crash your computer, but will slow it down, and every keystroke that you use is copied, so they can access any part of your computer, passwords, credit details if you use a card on line, so dont, trying restoring your computer a day before this happened, then make sure you get yourself some security, hope this helps and goodluck!

the proper term is smit fraud—super anti spyware free edition—got rid of it for me –takes a while–close all your other programs also–good luck—dont open unrecognized e-mails—

click run
type in msconfig
press enter
goto the startup tab
uncheck everything there except your antivirus
press ok (It will ask you if you want to restart your computer ,click restart)
When you computer restarts click do not show this window again

Run your anti-spyware in Safe Mode.If you dont have an excellent anti-spyware or your current anti-spyware can't prevent spyware from Invading you computer,download a better one.

You can download and scan your computer for free.
As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
After into safe mode,run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.
Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.
