I renewed my Norton subscription today and I'm having major problems.
It says my computer is at risk, that the Antivirus software is turned off. But its turned on! I've done everything…I've gone to Help & Support and Autofix dectected nothing wrong. What do I do?
ONLY HELPFUL ANSWERS PLEASE!!!!!

why do you have norton in the first place, it slows your computer down by 50% and it takes up lots of space. maybe try getting rid of norton then getting something like AVG which is free off the internet then just scan your whole computer.

i did,nt renew norton even thou it keeps popin up askin me to switch from windows 2 norton,best bet is 2 go2——————
