user accounts in windows xp not working?

my user accounts in control panel isn’t functioning properly, when i click on user accounts it shows up, but when i click change an account or any other option it pops up with a blank white box{where are the writing should be, obviously} with a gray bar on top that has a option to click home, forward or back. does anybody know if i can re-install user accounts or some way that i can fix this problem. thanks

      some viruses or any other thing messed up with userinterface data of your windows..
      you have to reinstall windows….try repair option.

      another way to access user account is to go to control panel / administrative tools / computer management / local users and groups / locals and here you are…
