Using TightVNC with Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 ’s Firewall?

Hey guys, I'm using TightVNC and in my Kaspersky Firewall settings I put the firewall down to "Allow All" and I can connect with VNC, but I want to have Low security on and be able to connect using VNC. You can go settings and add rules for applications. Would I be adding WinVNC.exe? Also, if it was you could add a rule name with the properties: Remote IP address, remote port, local port, and time range. How shall these be configured to allow VNC to connect while having Kaspersky's Firewall up at "Low Security" Not sure if you guys have ran into this before =P
