UXtheme.dll patcher for XP Professional SP3?

I want to patch my UXtheme.dll so that I can put custom themes on computer but I cant find a patcher that is made for XP Pro SP3.

I’m not sure if you need this but my OS info is:

Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 3

I have found one that says it works with these OS’s

-Windows XP (Gold/SP1/SP2/SP3)
-Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (SP1/SP2)
-Windows Server 2003 (Gold/SP1/SP2)
-Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition (SP1/SP2)

I’m not sure if this would work on my OS because as you can see it only says SP1 and SP2 for XP Pro.
