Uxtheme.dll patcher ruined my desktop themes (!SP3?)?

i had stylexp and since i have windows SP3, it would not work and i read somewhere to download uxtheme patcher and uxtheme.dll file but i didnt have the disk (?!) and so the computer theme just randomly turned to classic and it says something like "wisp" color scheme in the appearance tab of Properties and now i can’t change it because it says the media center energy blue and the windows xp theme files could not be found! I do not know how to fix it and i went to google but i found nothing! someone please help, thank you!
