I tried downloading UxTheme Multi-Patcher, but I accidentally canceled it while it was downloading. Now, whenever I start up my computer it only shows the background, no icons or start button. I can open Windows Task Manager using ctrl+alt+delete. I tried downloading this: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/UXTheme-MultiPatcher.shtml ,but when I tried to open the program it says "This link needs to be opened with an application Send to:" then it has an option to "Choose an Application". When I just click "ok" it says "This application has failed to start because uxtheme.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem" .Is there anyway I can restore uxtheme.dll? My operating system is Windows XP. Thanks in advance.

You need a program to unzip the file you downloaded - try 7-zip http://www.7-zip.org/download.html You restore the dll file by reinstalling the application, after you unzip the file.
