V CAST music with Rhapsody not working with windows vista?

I have Vista SP1. I downloaded the V Cast Rhapsody program and when I start it up, it crashes within a minute of opening. I get the error message “RealNetworks Rhapsody has stopped working…” It then trys to find a solution but gets nothing.

PLEASE HELP!
